Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with a small but very cute private garden featuring a small jacuzzi. The room turned into a sauna after a few hours, but the bathroom was a bit small and had been damaged by recent rainstorms, attracting ants and termite dust.
The hotel has beautiful and modern rooms with more than everything you could need, but the location can get extremely busy and cramped. The service is very friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The dining experience offers a huge variety of fresh fruits and pastries, creating a delicious meal. The facilities are top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, but I faced some issues with the door on a couple of days. The location was outstanding for anyone wanting to visit Geriba beach, and the free surfing lessons offered were a hit with my daughters. On the downside, the room placement near noisy roads and limited space around the bed were a bit inconvenient.
The hotel is in a prime location, nestled perfectly between Geribá beach and Ferradurinha beach, offering a beautiful and relaxing setting. The rooms, while in need of a refresh, are generally comfortable, but the lack of proper ventilation can make it a bit stuffy. The service here is exceptional, with a warm and accommodating staff who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Dining options are more about quality than quantity, and the additional fee may not align with expectations. The facilities are well-maintained, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, with a lovely big terrace for relaxing. Everything was spotless and nice and clean. The service was fantastic, with the staff speaking English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and offering great amenities like surf classes, massages, and transfers. The location was outstanding, especially for those wanting access to Geriba Beach. The dining options were good, although not included in the daily rate. The facilities were well-maintained and added value to my stay.
I was thrilled to have a private patio out back with a hot tub in our room, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was a letdown, especially since I had reserved this room months before my arrival.
I found my stay at the hotel to be quite pleasant overall. The room had a lovely big terrace with a comfortable seating area, perfect for unwinding. However, it was a bit disappointing to find a bed on the floor with very little room to move around it, and the location on the corner of the hotel plot meant it faced two noisy roads. Despite this, the hotel staff did their best to accommodate my request for a quiet room as I was traveling with young children.
The hotel is located in a small but very cute private garden setting, perfect for a family trip with kids and close to Geribá Beach. The rooms had some issues with the door and need urgent renovation works, which was a bit disappointing. The dining experience was fabulous, offering a wide selection of fruits, meats, cheeses, and more. However, some rooms may lack clarity in differences on booking apps.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, but not so clean. The service was superb, with incredibly nice and helpful staff. The location was very good, in the middle of the right spot of Geribá beach. The dining options were good but had some issues. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I had a mixed experience at Serena Resort. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, but the noise from the two busy roads nearby was a downside. The small jacuzzi in the cute private garden was a lovely touch, though.
